Brick City Jam session will be holding an event at Akwaaba Gallery Sunday. Their mission is to  "keep art alive". You still have a chance to purchase tickets at thetheoryofbrickcitymusic.

By participating in this event a percentage of the proceeds will go to Akwaaba Gallery, which is also seeking donations from their gofund me.

Akwaaba is the only black-owned commercial gallery in the city and has become one of Newark Newjersey  Art hubs and is the heart of the community.
